I apologize for the lack of posts since i've been a bit swamped, but I wanted to show the before and after shots for the downtown rental property that I worked on last month. I was hoping to get better and more up to date pictures before showing the end result but unfortunately I couldn't get into the property after I was finished my part. Hopefully I will be able to update the photos soon! It was a great project and we definitely had our share of adventures since the property was right in the downtown core on Yonge south of Bloor!

Previously, a stucco dark staircase that was falling apart led up to the second floor.

The cupboards were falling apart, and the outdated appliances just had to go! Plus there was no vent for the stove.

After a fiasco with the appliances (dont get me started on futureshop delivery services!), custom designed cabinetry, and a stunning glass and marble backsplash, the kitchen is ready to go! (With a brand new vented hood of course!)

The Living Room/ Dining Room Before
It was dark, dingy and the carpet was... well, let's not talk about it shall we?
After: Outfitted with potlights, brand new flooring and paint, the space is now bright, clean and (apart from the makeshift tool holder), completely spacious!
